Backup Statistics

To view the backup statistics, select Reporting > Backup Statistics in the horizontal menu bar.

Statistical data is displayed in diagrams.

Use filters to view backup history by services:

• All. Clears the service filter.
• Mail. Displays Mail backup size (Size) or the number of backed-up items (Count).
• Drive. Displays Drive backup size (Size) or the number of backed-up items (Count).
• Contacts. Displays Contacts backup size (Size) or the number of backed-up items (Count).
• Calendar. Displays Calendar backup size (Size) or the number of backed-up items (Count).
• SharePoint (available in the Business product edition only). Displays SharePoint backup size (Size) or the number of backed-up items (Count)

To view the backup history for a specific user in the business edition of the product, specify the required user name in the search field, then select one of the available service filters.
