History

To view the audit log, select Reporting > History in the horizontal menu bar.

History data is displayed in diagrams.

Use filters to view backup history by services:

• All. Clears the service filter
• Mail. Displays Mail backup size (Size) or number of backed up items (Count)
• Drive. Displays Drive backup size (Size) or number of backed up items (Count)
• Contacts. Displays Contacts backup size (Size) or number of backed up items (Count)
• Calendar. Displays Calendar backup size (Size) or number of backed up items (Count)
• SharePoint (available in Business product edition only). Displays SharePoint backup size (Size) or number of backed up items (Count)

To view the backup history for a specific user in the business edition of the product, specify the required user name in the search field, then select one of the available service filters.

You can filter pie charts on this page by clicking the categories to include/exclude some data.

Consider, that Contacts in Folders pie chart contains all contacts with all revisions.
