What's New in 4.5 (30-Jul-2024)
Features
- Enhanced Auto-Activation for Microsoft 365 Groups or Organizational Units
- Backup and restore task handling for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is now enhanced to avoid hanging on items that are not accessible. Unavailable items are now skipped and reported in Reporting > Skipped Items grid, and therefore the backup/restore task can be completed with warning.
- Added renamed files support under restore (file name history).
- Implemented restore functionality for MS Teams messages/posts.
- OneNote files can now be backed up and restored as a whole notebook.
Enhancements
- Access to skipped items report from Backup History for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Metadata of domains or single users with backup licenses that have expired more than 90 days ago will be deleted automatically. Backup data remains in the backup storages, links to the backup content in the backup destination will be sent by email to make manual deletion more easy.
