When you initially purchase a product, it only includes a lifetime license. However, email support for the product has to be purchased separately. In this article we explain how to purchase email support via our website. It is critical to purchase maintenance using the same email address that you used to purchase the license. Otherwise MSP360 (CloudBerry) Backup will be unable to automatically pick up the purchased maintenance and you'll have to do it manually by means of our website.
Purchase Email Support
To purchase email support, proceed as follows:
- Open MSP360 website.
- Select the platform: macOS.
- On the Pricing and Support area click Buy for... link
- Proceed to the MyCommerce pay gate and follow the instructions.
- Complete the purchase and check your inbox. According to the instructions in the email message, assign the purchased license.
