Add Storage Account

As the instance of MSP360 (formerly CloudBerry) Backup for macOS is installed, add one or more storage accounts to keep your backups.

Supported Storage Providers:

  • Amazon S3 (including Amazon S3 Gov Cloud)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • BackBlaze B2
  • Google Cloud
  • IDrive e2
  • Impossible Cloud
  • S3 Compatible
  • Wasabi
  • Minio
  • File system

Adding a Storage Account

To add cloud storage, proceed as follows:

  1. Run MSP360 Backup and click Settings, then switch to the Storage tab.
  2. Click +.
  3. Select the storage provider you want to use.

  1. Specify the display name for the storage account.
  2. Enter the access credentials.
  3. Select an existing bucket or create a new bucket, then click OK.

The procedure of adding local storage is essentially the same.

  1. Run Backup for Linux and click Settings, then switch to the Storage tab.
  2. Click +.
  3. In the list of storage providers, select the File system.
  4. Specify the display name for the storage account.
  5. Enter the display name and the path to the location to back up.
  6. Click OK.
