Installation

Backup for macOS provides the command line interface (CLI) that covers the GUI functionality. CLI enables create and manage backup and restore plans, edit global options, list backup plans and account, etc.

Command line interface can be used to integrate backup process into industrial environment.

sudo installer -pkg "path to package" -target /
