What is MSP360 Connect?

MSP360 Connect (formerly, Remote Desktop) is a handy tool for establishing secure remote desktop connections between two computers. Connect essentially works as follows: the software is installed on two PCs: the source and the target. One of the two computers initiates a remote desktop connection to the other computer and, once permitted, can operate the target computer and converse with the user on the opposite end.
