System Requirements
Before installing MSP360 Backup for Windows (all license types), make sure that your computer meets the following requirements:
Hardware Requirements

The target computer must be connected to the Internet. Port 443 must not be blocked.

VMware Backup is supported for:
- vSphere 6.0 to 9.0
vSphere 5.1 and 5.5 commercial versions are no longer supported. You may try to use them at your own risk.
